The Sebasticook Valley Elks Lodge in Pittsfield recently made a donation of $3,500 to the food cupboard on behalf of the Elks National Foundation. Every year the lodge is able to apply for grants through the Grand Lodge of Elks.

The presentation was made to Don Goodwin, president of the food cupboard, by Michael Havey, past exulted ruler and secretary, according to a news release from the lodge.
