I am thrilled to support farmer, small businessman, and former state representative Craig Hickman for the state Senate in the special election being held March 9. Craig will be a strong advocate for our families, communities and the environment.

There is a big difference in the records between the two candidates for this seat when it comes to protecting our environment. In his four terms in the Maine House, Craig Hickman received a 100% score on Maine Conservation Voters’ Environmental Scorecard, consistently voting for bills to protect our air, land, and water. His opponent, William Guerrette Jr., served one term in the Maine House (1995-96) and earned a score of just 10%.

Craig Hickman knows that growing our economy and protecting our environment go hand in hand. Please join me in voting for Craig Hickman on March 9 to represent us in the state Senate.
