Tickets are on sale now for the Gardiner Area High School Visual and Performing Arts Department’s production of the Broadway musical, “The Drowsy Chaperone.” It is a parody of American musical comedy of the 1920s. The story concerns a middle-aged, asocial musical theatre fan. As he plays the record of his favorite musical, the fictional 1928 hit The Drowsy Chaperone, the show comes to life onstage, as he wryly comments on the music, story, and actors.
Performances will take place at 7 p.m. Thursday through Saturday, March 4-6. Because of COVID-19 restrictions, the performances will be livestreamed each evening.
Tickets cost $12 for single viewer tickets or $35 for group/family viewing tickets. For tickets, visit showtix4u.com/event-details/46503.
Enjoy an entertaining evening of music, humor, fun, and help support the members of the cast as Gardiner Area High School presents its annual Broadway musical.
