ALFRED – Richard E. St.Peter, 73, of Alfred passed away Monday, March 1, 2021 at his home, surrounded by his girls and their families after a brave battle with cancer.He was born in Waterville, May 26, 1947, the son of Robert and Constance (Duperry) St.Peter. He graduated from Waterville High School, and worked as an electrician all of his adult life. He owned his own electrical business that operated out of Southern Maine.He was a great carpenter and was always there to help out a friend or family member with various household projects. He loved fishing and spending time with his family, creating memories that will last them a lifetime and bring them comfort and laughter in times of sadness.He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Gail (Bourgeois) St.Peter; his daughters, Leane St.Peter of Dade City, Fla., Kellie Tetu and husband Rod, Lisa Pomerleau and husband Tracy, both of Lyman, and Jamie Legros and her partner Gino of Arundel; his four grandchildren, Kaylie St.Peter and her partner CJ of Alfred, Madyson, Bryson and Mason; as well as his great-granddaughter Peyton. He is also survived by his brother David; and many nieces and nephews.He was predeceased by his parents; and his brothers, Steven and Danny St.Peter.Richard was a loving man who lived for his family and will be forever missed.
