MADISON – Margaret T. Brown, 74, passed away March 11, 2021 at her home in Madison. She was born July 27, 1946 in Farmington, the daughter of Ralph and Dorothy (Redleveske) True.

She graduated from Skowhegan Area High School in 1964, then continued her education at University of Maine Farmington, graduating in 1968 with a Bachelor’s Degree. On Feb. 13, 1971, she married Dana A. Brown. She was employed as an educational technician for 30 years at Athens Community School. She enjoyed knitting, chickens, poultry shows at local fairs and cooking.

Margaret is survived by three sons, Timothy Brown of Madison, Thomas Brown and wife Michelle of Hawaii, and Jay Brown of Madison, daughter, Jennifer Miller and husband Henry of Embden; four grandsons, one granddaughter; two brothers, Earl True and wife Judy of Norridgewock, Norris True of Lewiston, sister, Elaine Hilton and husband Alan of Mercer; one nephew, three nieces. She was predeceased in 2010 by her husband, Dana A. Brown

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
