WATERVILLE — Career Management Associates CEO David Ciullo will give his talk “Engaging the Generational Divide” during the Thursday, April 8, Mid-Maine Chamber of Commerce Business Breakfast.
He will address the effectiveness of organizations in valuing and creating a culture where all generations thrive and engagement soars, capitalizing on the strengths of different work styles to communicate better, lessen conflict, and achieve results. The breakfast will be held from 7:15 to 9 a.m. at Best Western Plus, Colby-Coburn Room, 375 Main St.
This event is an opportunity to network with other business leaders and join Ciullo and the chamber for a discussion on how to engage varying types and ages of individuals in workplaces.
All CDC guidelines will be followed for this in-person presentation, limited to a maximum of 50 persons. Masks are required to be worn for registration, and before and after eating the plated breakfast. Separate entrances and exits are provided to minimize the passage of attendees. Masks and hand sanitizer will be provided.
