We as a Civil Rights Team recognize that the Atlanta shootings were a hate crime as a result of a year of anti-Asian rhetoric.
Our hearts stand with all Asian American people and institutions in Maine, and we will continue to battle the fear and oppression that is increasing in the United States. You are not alone — we see and support you, and we want to help you in any way we can.
