Bobby Charles Campbell Jr.

CAMDEN – Bobby Charles Campbell Jr., 54, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, May 10, 2021.

Born July 15, 1966, in Hartland, Maine, he was the son of Bobby and Paula Campbell. Bobby grew up in Winslow, as an adult lived in Waterville, and for the past several years, made Camden his home.

Bobby was the proud father of two boys, Caleb and Cody Campbell, whom was his most precious accomplishments.

Known as a kind-hearted individual, if anyone needed a hand, Bobby was always there to help.

Bobby was a hard worker, he loved working as a roller operator on a paving crew, which he did for several years. Living in Camden, he worked as a landscaper for Jackson’s Landscaping.

Bobby loved being outdoors. He loved puttering around his yard, campfires, chatting with, as Bobby would put it “my brother from another mother”, which was his brother in law, Bryan. He would spend countless hours throwing a ball to Bailey aka Butterball, the Chocolate Lab that held a very special place in his heart. For the past several years he has looked forward to the annual New York City Trip with his sister, Juanita. There they would visit their uncle, Elwood Gray and spend time exploring the city.

Bobby was predeceased by his mother, Paula Lee Campbell; father, Bobby Charles Campbell and grandmother, Bertha Mae Greene. Grandparents: Harry and Mabel Campbell. Uncles: Michael Greene, Malhon Gray, Ralph Gray, Eldon Campbell and Ronnie Campbell. Aunts: Patricia Gray, Betty Gagne and Joanne Meagher. Two special cousins, Darren Greene and Deanne Wright Cress.

Bobby is survived by his two sons, Caleb and Cody Campbell of Waterville. Sister, Juanita Paparello and her husband, Bryan of Camden. Brother, Timothy Campbell and significant other, Tabby Bessey of Vassalboro. Sister, Michelle Trask and husband, Carl of Fairfield. Several nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles and cousins.

Arrangements were made by Long Funeral Home in Camden. The family gives their gratitude to them for allowing us the time to say goodbye to our brother and uncle.

The family would like to give a Special Thank You to Bobbi and Kayla Paparello. You loved him unconditionally and we appreciate everything you did for your Uncle Bob.

A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at 1 p.m., at the Pine Grove Cemetery in Hartland. Condolences may be shared with the family at http://www.longfuneralhomecamden.com. Arrangements are with the Long Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 9 Mountain Street, Camden.
