Tardiff-Belanger American Legion Post 39, Madison, plans to offer the following Memorial Day observances for Monday, May 31:

• 9 a.m. Starks Town Office, 57 Anson Road;

• 9:30 a.m., Anson Town Office, followed by scattering of flowers off the bridge, 21 Kennebec St.;

• 10 a.m., Madison Library, 12 Old Point Ave.;

• 10:30 a.m., U.S./Canadian Monument at Forest Hills Cemetery, 229 Upper Park St., Madison; and

• 11 a.m., Joseph Quirion Monument, East Madison Road, East Madison.

Times are approximate, and there will be no parade this year.
