Cecile E. Butler
LISBON FALLS – Cecile E. Butler, 94, of Grove Street, died May 18, 2021, at The Lamp Memory Care in Lisbon after an extended illness.
She was born in Fairfield, Maine on Jan. 2, 1927, the daughter of Richard Boudreau and Lucy (Theriault) Boudreau.
Mrs. Butler graduated from Cony High School of Augusta, Maine.
Prior to her retirement, she was employed by a local bank as a loan officer for many years.
She was predeceased by her first husband, Carroll Merrill, and her second husband, Walter Butler and son, Keith E. Merrill.
Surviving is a grandson, Keith Coulombe and wife Angela of Augusta, five stepchildren, seven stepgrandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
There will be no public visiting hours. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m., on Aug. 11, 2021, at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Manchester.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Plummer Funeral Home, 16 Pleasant St., Augusta.
