The city of Augusta is in dire need of a new police station, and we have a huge opportunity to make this a reality this June 15. I encourage all citizens of Augusta to come out and support the new police station.

The investment will not burden the taxpayer. This is the perfect time and place for a need that is crucial to our city and, most importantly, our citizens. The new building will be located at the old Hannaford site across from City Center. After a couple years of planning and discussions the City Council decided on what I consider the perfect spot.

It’s another huge piece to making Augusta the best city in Maine to live, work, and play.
