BROOKHAVEN, Ga. – The Rev. Kirk A. Lee, of Brookhaven Ga., died on June 3, 2021, from a brain aneurysm, at Emory Hospital, Atlanta. Born in Augusta, Maine, he was a graduate of Rockford College, Ill., and Trinity College of The University of Toronto. He was retired as a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch, and he and his partner traveled extensively in their spare time.
He was predeceased by his father, Robert Lee and mother, Marie Lee, and is survived by his partner of almost 30 years, David Fishburn of Brookhaven, Ga., stepmother, Evelyn Lee of Fairfield, brothers, Mark Lee and Robert Lee of China, stepbrother, Richard Lee of Bangor, stepsister, Marie Carey of China, and nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 23, 10:30 a.m., at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Waterville, with interment following in St. Francis Cemetery.
