WATERVILLE — The seventh Annual Cruisin’ For a Cure Car Show was held June 5 at the Robert LaFleur Airport, a new location for the New Dimensions Federal Credit Union fundraising event.

With 188 registrations, the wide-open space filled rapidly. Once the money was collected and tallied, the credit union found it had raised a record-breaking amount: $20,082.97, and with the CO-OP Miracle Match of $10,000, the total was $30,082.97.

The money directly benefits the Maine Children’s Cancer Program — an affiliate of The Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital at Maine Medical Center, located in Scarborough.
