WATERVILLE — The second annual “Tools to Thrive Backpack School Supply Drive-Thru” for grades K-12 is to be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 15, at the Waterville Elks Lodge, 76 Industrial Road.
A total of 500 backpacks are to be given away.
Children must be in the car so they can choose the backpack they like the best.
All the backpacks are stuffed with school supplies for their grade levels.
