Scout Troop 622 plans to hold an open house for youth interested in Scouting in the Manchester, Readfield, Mt. Vernon, Monmouth, Winthrop, Fayette and Hallowell areas.

The event will take place from 4-6 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 12, in the parking lot of the Manchester Elementary School playground, 17 School St. A rain date is set for Sept. 19.
