The political coup that was attempted on Jan. 6 was in fact domestic terrorism at its worst. This was done by citizens, led by Donald Trump himself. This was his lie about the election being corrupt and that he didn’t really lose the election. He watched it on television!
I cannot imagine why he is not in jail. If there is any justice left in the U.S., he will pay for all his lies.
I am very proud to be an American. I love this country and always will. I am a twice-wounded Marine veteran of the Vietnam War. I only hope that we can turn this country in the right direction. We can only do this together.
