Sharon A. Sundberg

CORINNA – Sharon Ann (Joseph) Sundberg, 70, died Sept. 13, 2021, in Corinna after a long battle with Alzheimer’s Disease. She was born Dec. 27, 1950, in Wilmington, Mass., a daughter of Elias and Juanita (Faulkner) Joseph. She graduated from Woburn, Mass., High School and attended the University of Massachusetts, Amherst Campus, for two years. Sharon was a loving mother and enjoyed the family camp on Lake Wassookeag, Dexter, for many summers. She was known for braiding rugs and was president of the Candlepin Bowling Association (Canada and the U.S.) for 2 years. She and her husband co-owned the Acton Bowladrome.She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Robert of Corinna; four sons, Robert III and Zachary, both of Acton, Mass., Peter of Parkers Prairie, Minn., and Joshua of Ashburnham, Mass.; a daughter, Susan Sundberg of Park City, Utah; a brother, Peter Joseph of Sandown, N.H.; two sisters, Pamela Russell of Parkman, and Michelle Cota of Carrabassett Valley; and eight grandchildren.There will be no services at this time. Cremation arrangements are by Crosby and Neal, Newport.
