Northern Light Inland Hospital in Waterville and Healthy Communities of the Capital Area, in partnership with the Let’s Go! 5-2-1-0 program, are partnering to provide individuals and families with the online “Physical Activity and Healthy Nutrition Guide — Kennebec County.”

People can check out places to adventure in Kennebec County, as well as guidelines to follow for physical activity, nutrition and much more. The online printable guide is located at northernlighthealth.org under the Resource tab.
