The Skowhegan Parks & Recreation Department is scheduled to host a haunted trail, the Nightmare on Poulin Drive, from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 30, at the Skowhegan Community Center, 39 Poulin Drive.

The department’s annual Halloween event has been modified to keep health and safety in mind. Participants will make their way around the perimeter of the center at specific times.

It is recommended to purchase tickets in advance as tickets are limited to specific time slots. Tickets cost $5 per person and only available at the center. Limited tickets will be sold, cash only, no refunds.

This event is not recommended for young children — people should enter at their own risk.
