MADISON – Robert “Bobby” N. Redmond, 73, of East Madison died peacefully Friday, Oct. 15., 2021 at home. He was born in Skowhegan Sept. 11, 1948, the son of Gerald and Marita (Hunnewell) Redmond.Bobby grew up in East Madison and graduated from Madison High School in 1966. He worked various jobs from shoe factories, Sheridan Construction, Madison Paper Industries, independent Logger and Union natural gas pipeline construction.Bobby married Sarah Moore of Skowhegan in 1971 and had one son, Robert N. Redmond Jr.Bobby was a member of the Skowhegan Eagles Club #1457 and the Laborers International Union of North America Local 327.His favorite pastimes were riding his ’91 Low Rider Harley Davidson and fishing the various lakes and ponds around the Bingham and Jackman areas.He is survived by his wife Sarah; son Rob and his wife Meghan; sisters: Shirley (Hank) Mellows, Geraldine (Dana) Parsons, Pauline McGinnis, his brother Billy; and many nieces and nephews.
