It has been a tremendous honor to have the opportunity to represent the citizens of Ward 2 and I am grateful to be able to give back to my community in this way. Augusta is my lifelong home; my love and commitment to the city runs deep. I hope to be able to continue my work for the citizens of Ward 2 and will work hard to always put the interest of Ward 2 and its citizens first and foremost. Thank you!

One of the most pressing issues facing Augusta right now is the housing crisis. We need to seek out and engage opportunity, and encourage development of all types of housing: from affordable to middle class and high end. I’ve been working hard on the council to bring forward ideas that will create these types of opportunities and help encourage the growth of the housing market here. I have nearly 40 years of real estate experience and knowledge and I come to the table with actionable answers.

Although we are seeing a lot of development in the downtown, and in other areas of Augusta, I look at Ward 2 and we have possibly one of the largest opportunities for development in the city: the Kennebec Arsenal. It’s important that we encourage the development of the Arsenal and continue to make our voices heard. I will continue to do so when back on the council.

I’ve spent the last three years serving the people of Ward 2 on the Augusta City Council. I’ve accomplished a lot for my constituents, but there is more to do. I hope I’ll earn your vote on Nov. 2 so I can continue to go to work for you.
