David Paul Carpenter

WATERVILLE – David Paul Carpenter passed away peacefully at his residence in Waterville Maine on Wednesday Nov. 3, 2021, following his two-and-a-half year battle of stage four brain cancer, surrounded by his lifelong partner of 24 years Melinda Heinemann and his dear friend Paula Murry of Winslow Maine as well as his two cats Rosie and professor socks.He is remembered by his sisters, Donna Moir of Kennebunkport, Maine; Rachel and her husband David Shea of North Brookfield, Massachusetts; his brother, Robby carpenter of Worcester Massachusetts; his nieces and nephews Jason, Heather, Kathleen and David. He is predeceased by his mother Lucille Carpenter, his stepfather Red Carlson and brother-in-law, Alan Moir.David was born on Oct. 12 1957, in Worcester, Massachusetts. He served in the Navy during the Vietnam era he loved fishing, riding motorcycles, reading, and spending time with loved ones.David’s family would like to thank Northern Light homecare and hospice in Waterville for their services throughout David’s battle with cancerA private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
