Natalie A. Pomelow

SKOWHEGAN – Natalie A. Pomelow, 88, passed from this life to her Heavenly Home on Nov. 7, 2021. She was born on Nov. 19, 1932, in Skowhegan, the daughter of Michel and Leona Breton. She was the wife of Raymond J. Pomelow.

Natalie lived her life caring for her family with a love and gentleness beyond words. She enjoyed having her children and grandchildren together on holidays and special occasions. She was married to our dad for 59 years until his passing in 2012. She was a homemaker and later retired from New Balance Shoe Factory in Skowhegan.

She will lovingly be remembered by her children Diane Orcutt of Norridgewock and her husband Gary, Richard Pomelow of S. China, Joan Reed of Strong and her husband Gil, Linda Nickerson of Skowhegan and her husband Brian, Donald Pomelow of Vassalboro and his wife Holly, 11 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, her brother Paul Breton of Florida and his wife Nancy, brother-in-law Thomas Delile, sister-in-law Sharon Breton Batchelder of Florida as well as many nieces and nephews.

Natalie is predeceased by her husband, Raymond J. Pomelow, her parents, Michel and Leona Breton, her brothers Norman Breton and his wife Kitty, Thomas Breton, her sister Elaine Pomelow and her husband Nathan, her daughter-in-law Debra Pomelow, in-laws Arthur Pomelow and his wife Adelle, Laurence Pomelow and his wife Blanche, Melina Pomelow, Melvina Kandupa and her husband Michael and Lorina Delile.

A mass of Christian burial will be held in the spring, May 2022 at Notre Dame de Lourdes Church in Skowhegan, interment following at Calvary Cemetery in Skowhegan.

Specific date to be determined with an announcement.

Arrangements are under the care of Dan & Scott’s Cremation & Funeral Service of Skowhegan.
