Linda E. Arsenault

MT. VERNON – Linda E. Arsenault, 68, passed away peacefully in her home on Poplar Point. Born Oct. 9, 1953 in CMMC Hospital in Lewiston, Maine, the daughter of Francis X. Richard and Mildred I. (Hartford) Richard of Monmouth.Linda was a graduate of Monmouth Academy class of 1971. She worked many years at Digital in Augusta as an inspector, and before that for Carleton Woolen Mill of Winthrop. She had many hobbies including, crafts, painting, photography. She loved playing guitar and singing, and taking trips to Popham Beach and Bailey’s Island. Linda is survived by her sister, Judy Boucher and husband Gary of Sabattus; brother Blaine Richard and his wife Sue of Litchfield; her two sons, Shawn Arsenault and his wife Rebecca of Monmouth, and Justin Arsenault and his wife Marie of South China. She will be remembered by her grandchildren Chelse’ May Arsenault, Tiffany Arsenault, Elissa Arsenault, Brianna Clark, and Michael Severance, her many great grandchildren, her niece and nephew Katie and Robert Richard, and many close relatives and friends including Debbie, Sally, Betty, Sandra, and many more. There are no scheduled visiting hours or services, but a celebration of life will be held in the early spring, weather and scheduling permitting.
