PORTLAND – Jennifer Rose Young, 34, of West Gardiner, passed away Monday, Dec. 6, 2021, at Maine Medical Center. She was born Oct. 9, 1987, in Bath, the daughter of Benjamin Young Sr. and Sue (Moore) Huff. She graduated from Lakeview High School in Effingham, N.H. She enjoyed volunteering at Maine Medical Center and Gorham and Portland Rescue. Jennifer is survived by her loving family, her mother and stepdad, Sue and Robert Huff of West Gardiner, her father and stepmother, Benjamin and Cindy Young of Albion, a sister, Leighann Doody of Waterville, and two brothers, Christopher Young and Joshua Young both of W. Gardiner and a niece, Shelby Doody of Waterville. She was predeceased by her grandparents; Clyde and Lorraine Moore, Walter and Evelyn Young and a brother, B.J. Young.
