MADISON – Kathleen Provencher, 65, of Madison, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2022 at Inland Hospital in Waterville. She was born on Dec. 10, 1956, in Woonsocket, R.I. The beloved daughter of the late Henry J. and Gloria P. Provencher.Kathy was loved by so many and she in returned truly loved all of her family and friends. Her greatest passion was helping others. She enjoyed being with her family camping, fishing and being outdoors.She worked as a CNA and direct care staff for more than thirty years. Kathy is survived by her daughter, Melisa Gilcott and her husband Ralph, by her siblings, Steven Provencher, Michelle Hopkins, Kenneth Provencher and his wife Cheryl and Barbara Chamberland and her husband Roger, her five grandchildren, Krysta King and her fiance Mike Cluney, Kyle King, Amanda James, Dylan Roberts and his wife Emily, Caiti Desroche and her husband Bishop and an adopted granddaughter kaiti Savage her husband Rick . She also leaves behind her seven great grandchildrenAbigail and Evilian Savage , Natalee and Nova Cluney, Ryder Pelletier, Lila Mack, and Paisley Desroche, several nieces and nephews and many good friends. Friends are asked to join her family for a time of visitation and remembrance on Saturday, Jan. 8, 2022 from 4 to 6 p.m., at Giberson Funeral Home 40 Maple Street, Madison.
