Dianne Lynne Quinn

PITTSTON – Dianne Lynne Quinn, 72 of Pittston, Maine, died Monday, Janu. 3, 2022, at the Androscoggin Hospice House, Auburn, Maine. Dianne was born is Fitchburg, Mass., on August 27, 1949, the daughter of Carmine D Lastella (Dad) and the late Marjorie W. (Foster) Ferguson. Dianne graduated from Camden High school, class of 1968. Her surviving family includes Son Lance A Quinn, Daughter in law Sarah E Quinn and grandchildren Lauren and Jack Quinn. Dianne also leaves behind her daughter in Law, Andrea Bouchard who she had a special relationship with, other family left behind include Laura Shands (sister) Tony Lastella (nephew) Eric Lastella (nephew) Bobby Poole (nephew) Jason Poole (nephew) and Lisa Goulet (niece) and their families. Dianne was predeceased by Milford (G.I.) Shaw with whom she shared many wonderful years together. Also, her oldest son Ryan M Quinn. Dianne was known for being a loyal, hardworking, independent women. She’d take on whatever she needed to support her friends and family. Dianne’s home was open to anyone and everyone, she loved to help anyone that needed a helping hand. After high school, Dianne went to Bangor to obtain her Cosmetology License. She operated a “Beauty Shop” within her home so she could have more time at home with her beloved boys, Ryan and Lance. She also worked at MBNA, raised Labrador Retrievers and was a landlord for many years. Dianne loved to offer her kitchen table as a place for her closest of friends and family to come visit without an invite needed, and always a hot coffee offered. Dianne cherished her time by the “pool” with family and friends and was always arranging cookouts and pool parties. Other loves of Dianne‘s included; metal detecting on the beach and shopping. Dianne may also be remembered for having a lead foot despite her license plate saying “BE GOOD” Dianne will be remembered for her fierce love for family and friends. Dianne will be missed greatly! Arrangements are entrusted with Staples Funeral Home and Cremation Care, 53 Brunswick Avenue, Gardiner, Maine.
