David was a retired firefighter for the city of Warwick, R.I., a job he truly loved and missed.

David was happy to fulfill his dream of moving to Maine. he was a jack-of-all trades who loved woodworking, gardening, and trapping. he loved music, was a great dancer and was an avid reader. some of his happiest times were spent putting together a yearly pig roast for a family and friends reunion, much fun was had by all and there were lots of great memories. “Only You”.

He spent a lot of time on Narragansett Bay, he enjoyed boating and fishing and spent many days off from the fire deptment working the water, shell-fishing.

David’s family would like to thank the nursing staff, Dr. Gomez and Dr. Toledo of Redington-Fairveiw for their compassionate care of David. We are very grateful.

At David’s request there will be no funeral. The family will have a celebration of life at a later date.
