BAR HARBOR – Richard James Kelly, 81, of Bar Harbor, died Jan. 19, 2022 at EMMC in Bangor.
Born in Boston, he retired to Bar Harbor in 2019, from South China, Maine. He previously worked for FEMA and was a veteran of the Army and Air Force.
He is fondly remembered by wife, Roberta (Frawley) of Bar Harbor; son, Richard Kelly, of Norwich, Conn., daughter, Kim Simon of Corinth, son, Adam Kelly of Portland; and three grandchildren.
