The Gardiner Public Library has announced that starting Monday, Jan. 31, the Children’s Room is scheduled to be open to all visitors Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

No appointments will be required on these days of the week.

The library will continue to offer single-family visits by appointment Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

To set up an appointment in advance, call 207-582-3312.

The library will be moving to this schedule to allow more options and flexibility for visiting the Children’s Room.

Masks are mandatory for everyone older than 2, regardless of the day of the week.

The Children’s Room is open by appointment only on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Library visitors who have not made an appointment can check at the front desk on the first floor to see if any appointment slots are open.
