Do you think your school district is adapting well to the state’s latest COVID-19 protocols?
As we head into the third year of the pandemic, schools are still struggling to adapt to the state’s shifting COVID-19 protocols. Some say schools are lax in enforcing those protocols; others are dropping contact tracing in favor of freeing up school staff’s time. Early data on dropping hospitalizations in the state indicate there may be a light at the end of the tunnel—but we’ve heard that before, making it tougher for schools to make smart calls. With that in mind, do you think your school district is adapting well to these shifting COVID-19 protocols? What changes would you like to see? Tell us what you think in the comments below.
