JACKMAN — Mason Desjardins scored 16 points to help him reach the 1,000-point milestone and the Forest Hills boys basketball team rolled to a 76-26 win over Vinalhaven on Monday.

Desjardins needed just three points to reach the mark.

Hiram Logston and Braidan Welch each scored 12 points for the Tigers (17-0).

Lincvoln Dennison scored nine points to lead the Vikings.

 

GARDINER 61, MESSALONSKEE 47: The Tigers took a 33-22 halftime lead and never looked back on their way to the Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference A win in Oakland.

Kalvin Catchings led the offense with 28 points for Gardiner (6-10) while Ryan Moore added 10.

Messalonskee  (2-14) was led by Daniel Parent with nine points and Merrick Smith with eight.

 

LISBON 54, CARRABEC 35: Levi Tibbetts had 16 points to pace the Greyhounds (14-2) past the Cobras (8-9) in a Mountain Valley Conference contest in Lisbon.

Mason Booker had 14 points in the win and Caden Boone had 11.

Luke Carey led Carrabec with 16 points and Danny Handley had 14 points.

SKOWHEGAN 68, CONY 60: Kyle LePage led a balanced offense with 16 points as the River Hawks earned the KVAC A win in Skowhegan.

Levi Obert added 14 points for Skowhegan (14-3) while Collin LePage scored 13.

Cony (11-6) was led by Parker Sergent with 15 points, Brady Hopkins with 13 and Dom Napolitano with 12.

 

WINTHROP 50, MADISON 40: Andrew Foster scored 12 points to lead the Ramblers to the MVC win in Winthrop.

Braden Stubbert added 10 points for Winthrop (13-3) while Logan Baird and freshman Carter Rivers scored nine each.

Madison (8-7) was led by  Thomas Dean with 19 points and Callan Franzose and Austin Hay with eight each.

 

MORSE 41, MT. BLUE 38: Gabe Aucoin scored 18 points and teammate Sawyer Stead added 11 in the Shipbuilders’s (6-8) victory over the Cougars (7-9) in Bath.

Morse jumped out to 27-16 lead at halftime and held on the rest of the way.

Chandler Briggs and Evans Sterling each scored for Mt. Blue.

RANGELEY 67, ST. DOMINIC 50: Winnie LaRochelle scored 27 points to lead the Lakers to the win in Auburn.

Emily Eastlack added 21 points for Rangeley (9-2).

Charli Apodaca and Jessie Zimmerman each scored 17 points for the Saints (5-9).

WINTHROP 57, KENTS HILL 23: Maddie Perkins led the Ramblers with 16 points in a MVC win in Winthrop.

Madeline Wagner chipped in with 14 points for Winthrop (10-3) and Lydia Rice had 10 points.

Rose Jenkins led Kents Hill (7-4) with 11 points.

 

MADISON 41, MOUNTAIN VALLEY 26: Hailey Paquette had points to lead the Bulldogs to the MVC win in Rumford. Raegan Cowan chipped in with eight points for Madison (9-7).

MCI 53, BELFAST 26: Danielle Dow scored 15 points to pace the Huskies to the KVAC B win in Pittsfield.

Trinity Leavitt and Natalie Sites added 10 points apiece for MCI (8-8).

Audri Goodwin led Belfast (2-9) with 11 points.

WATERVILLE 46, JOHN BAPST 25: The Purple Panthers took a 28-9 halftime lead and never looked back on their way to the KVAC B win in Bangor.

Dakodah Aldrich and Keira Gilman each scored 11 points to lead the offense for Waterville (11-3).

Kylie Dempsey scored seven points for John Bapst (1-14).

 

MT. BLUE 48, MESSALONSKEE 39: Eva Stevens led the Cougars (6-10) with 16 points in the win over the Eagles (4-12) in Farmington.

Katelyn Daggett chipped in with 10 points for Mt. Blue.

Brenna Doran had a game-high 18 points for Messalonskee.
