AUGUSTA — The Kennebec Valley Garden Club and the Lithgow Library plan to present Art In Bloom from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, March 19 at the 45 Winthrop St. library.

Maine Lifestyles book-inspired floral designs will be celebrated and placed throughout the library.

This event is free and open to all. There will be raffles which support the KVGC educational scholarship program, with a flute performance by Judy Mank.
