WATERVILLE — People can join participants from Kim Bernard’s Upcycled Wearables Workshops to create upcycled looks and debut them on the runway during First Friday at Greene Block + Studios.

The event is scheduled for 5 p.m. Friday, April 1, at 18 Main St.

Those who attend can bring their own materials or pull from Bernard’s stash to design and construct clothing, adornments, accessories, sculptures, anything wearable from functional to far out, according to a news release from a center for the arts.

Sustainable fashion brand Colline Deux Fleur, founded by James Lamarca and Lucy Brumberger, will also be showing pieces from their debut capsule collections.

While others are making, people can try screen printing with Little Chair Printing’s Hope Rovelto.
