Lawrence “Larry” Peters

MOSCOW – Lawrence “Larry” Peters, 61, of Moscow passed away from complications fallowing chemo treatment after dealing with cancer for the past year.

Larry really liked working on old cars, and cruising around the countryside. He was a well known cook at different facilities in Maine, mostly in the Moscow and Bingham area, most recently at Bingham General Store. He was also a pit crew member on a racing team. Larry was a great friend to those he was close with. He will be greatly missed by all.

Larry was predeceased by his father Russell Peters, his mother Marie Peters; his brothers Bruce, Milton and Raymond’ as well as a son, Jason Edis.

Larry is survived by his loving partner, Amber Rogers of Moscow; his children Adam Peters, Malachi Stevens and Joshua Cote.

A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday April 20, 2022 at the Pines on Father Ralse Road in Madison, weather permitting. In case of inclement weather it will be held at Kennebec Valley Grange on Old School House road in Madison at 1 p.m. until 4:20 p.m.
