UNION — Vose Library Director Debra Lay, Library Assistant Kristin Gould and members of the Tech Tuesday Team plan to hold an open session to answer questions about a new smartphone, tablet or laptop at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 20, at Vose Library, 392 Common Road.

This program is the first of a six-week tech tutorial series at the library.
