DOVER-FOXCROFT – Annette Bussell Crockett, 59, died May 6, 2022, at Pleasant Meadows Estate in Dover-Foxcroft. She was born Oct. 5, 1962, in Dover-Foxcroft, the daughter of Lorraine Cookson and Wayne Bussell. Annette was a free spirit who enjoyed cookouts with her tuna salad, adventures, and camping. She was always giving her brothers a hard time and making sure they kept in touch. She also enjoyed visiting with her nephew and teasing him about her chili. Annette is survived by her daughter, Nicole Clark and her husband, Matthew, of Canaan; granddaughters, Aria and Ashley Clark of Canaan; mother, Lorraine Cookson and her husband, Barry, of Harmony; brother, Russell Bussell and his wife, Avis, of Corinna; brother, Brent Bussell of Harmony; brother, Doug Bussell and his wife, Cheryl, of Parkman; brother, Darrell Bussell and his wife, Faith, of Harmony; brother, Tracy Cookson of Harmony; and their families; including special nephew, Adam Bussell and his wife, Hollie, of Etna; and many, many more special aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.Annette was predeceased by her father, Wayne Bussell.The family would like to say a special thank you to her long time caretakers and friends, especially Rhonda Willette.A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 4, at 1 p.m., at the Skowhegan Railroad Walking Bridge downtown.
