I am writing to endorse Dan Shagoury as the Democratic candidate for the House of Representatives for Hallowell, Manchester, and West Gardiner.
Dan knows how things work. He has been behind the scenes as a legislative staff for many years, and has served on boards for the school, Hubbard Library, and Consumers for Affordable Health Care.
His opponent, Patrick Wynne, is also a dedicated public servant. We are fortunate to have two good choices in the Democratic primary on June 14.
For myself, I’m voting for Dan so that we have experienced representation who can hit the ground running in January.
