Antje Duvekot and Ellis Paul plan to take the stage at 8 p.m. Sunday May 29, at Stone Mountain Arts Center, 695 Dugway Road, in Brownfield.

Paul was a principle leader in the wave of singer/songwriters that emerged from the Boston folk scene, creating a movement that revitalized the national acoustic circuit with an urban, literate, folk pop style that helped renew interest in the genre in the 1990s. He remains the most mainstream-friendly folk songwriter to emerge from Boston since Tom Rush.

Antje has extensive touring experience, criss-crossing the U.S. and Europe many times. She has been invited to play some of the top festivals including The Newport Folk Festival as well as the Mountain Stage, Philadelphia and Kerrville Festivals. Internationally, she’s headlined the The Celtic Connections Festival in Scotland and the Tonder Festival in Denmark.
