AUGUSTA — The Kennebec Valley Chamber of Commerce is set to host a Women’s Network luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 8, at the Augusta Civic Center at 76 Community Drive.
There will be a panel discussion, Planning for Your Future Self: A Discussion on Personal Finances, Estate Planning, and Insurance Considerations.
Two guests, Jessika Williams from Cross Benefit Solutions and Kim Mondonedo from The Mendall Financial Group, will be asked a series of questions regarding the three subject areas. It is hoped attendees will leave the presentation with practical information and a renewed outlook on retirement possibilities, according to a news release from the chamber.
Tickets for the event cost $30 for the public and $20 for chamber members.
The chamber’s Women’s Network meets monthly to strengthen business relationships, hear inspiring speakers, and develop essential leadership skills.
The chamber’s sponsors are Kennebec Savings Bank and MaineGeneral Health.
