CLINTON — Residents who go to the polls Tuesday will weigh in on the town’s budget articles but they also will decide several municipal and other elections.

Two seats on the Board of Selectmen are up for grabs, said Town Clerk Jessica Harriman. One seat is for a three-year term and is currently occupied by board Chairperson Jeffrey Towne. Towne is running for reelection and will be facing Stephen Hebert.

The other seat is for a two-year term, a position now held by Brian Bickford. He is also running for reelection and is squaring off against challenger David Scott.

Also on the ballot will be a three-year position on the Brown Library board of trustees. The only candidate for the seat is Joy Jandreau, who currently holds the position.

Last is a three-year position on the Maine School Administrative District 49 board of directors. The one candidate is Terrance Knowles, who currently holds the seat.
