We are writing in support of re-electing Paula Thomas to the Manchester Board of Selectmen. Paula has been serving on the board since 2014 and is currently serving as chair.
Paula will continue to focus on meeting the needs of all Manchester residents while keeping an eye on the mill rate to keep property taxes from increasing. Paula also understands the importance of balancing the growth of our community, both in terms of opportunities for existing and new businesses and residential development, while maintaining the qualities that make Manchester a great place to live and raise our families.
Lastly, our selectmen are overseers of residents of a lower socioeconomic status. This is a responsibility that Paula takes very seriously and executes with care and compassion.
