Recently I have gone through my deceased father’s papers and remembered his community service. After long hours of work, he would come home, eat supper, then head off to a selectmen’s meeting, school board meeting, or possibly coach a little league team.
Patrick Wynne moved to Hallowell in 2014 and immediately embraced the city as his “new home.” He, like my dad, showed an immediate interest in local politics, canvassing Ward 5 vigorously (young daughter in tow), to win a seat on the City Council. He has worked tirelessly representing our ward, as well as all of Hallowell on important issues.
Like my father, Patrick is a civic-minded man who really cares about his community, his state, and his country. District 55 needs the youthful ideas and ambition that Patrick Wynne brings to the table.
Please join me in voting for him on June 14.
