David James Kufeldt

FAIRFIELD -David James Kufeldt, 52, found peace with Lord, June 5, 2022. His passing was unexpected! David was born Nov. 18, 1969, in Nashua, N.H., to Sandra Messenzeff, (nee, Bell), His younger years were spent in Nashua. He attended Boystown High in Omaha, Nebraska. David’s chosen profession was that of a welder. Over the years he worked for various companies in that capacity. He could weld a bumper for frame of a vehicle. He was in involved at one point welding up tugboats in Boothbay, Maine. David was working as ride mechanic and welder in Waterville, when he met his wife, Cheryl Kufeldt in May of 2003. They were married Aug. 13, 2005. David and Cheryl share three children together. David also helped raise four stepchildren. David loved snowmobiling, four wheeling, and fishing, He also loved to play Cribbage. He could fix anything and if someone needed help, he would go every time, Mr. Bill Manning called him many times to have Dave rescue him from some mechanical problem out on the snowmobile and four-wheeler trails. David loved his family and friends and will be sadly missed by all who loved him. David was predeceased by his father, David John Kufeldt, (Jan. 10, 1948- June 5, 1969). David is survived by his mother, Sandra Messenzeff (nee Bell) of Concord, N.H., his sister, Kelly Gautieri, of Manchester, N.H., and Brother Brian Kufeldt, of Concord, N.H. His wife, Cheryl Kufeldt, daughter, Kaitlin Kufeldt, son, David John Kufeldt, son, Christian Kufeldt, Stepson, Lucas Schroeder, Stepson, Tyler Schroeder, Stepdaughter, Angelique Schroeder, and Stepson, Colby Schroeder, and stepgrandchild, Dominic Alley, and also nieces and nephews.The Family appreciates the help and professionalism of Lawry Brothers Funeral Home in Fairfield, Maine!
