WATERVILLE — The Planning Board is expected to review several subdivision plan requests at its meeting Tuesday night.

The board is scheduled to meet at 7 p.m. at The Elm at 21 College Ave. Those wanting to view the meeting remotely may do so via a link on the city’s website — www.waterville-me.gov.

L/A Properties is expected to present informal preapplications for a five-lot subdivision at 200 Eight Rod Road and a six-lot subdivision on Webb Road. The projects are to be considered under the rules of the subdivision ordinance.

Separately, Kevin Violette is scheduled to request revisions to a previously approved plan for a 24-lot cluster of development on City View Drive, off Main Street, which would be considered under the subdivision and site plan review ordinance.

The Maine Army National Guard is expected to request a review of revisions to a previously approved site plan for a storage building at 74 Drummond Ave., a plan that would also be considered under the city’s subdivision and site plan review ordinance.

D.W. LLC is scheduled to ask the board for a preapplication review for Reservoir Hill, a 28-lot subdivision off Route 104 in Fairfield that would have only one lot in Waterville.
