SKOWHEGAN – Karol-Jean (Salisbury) Reid, 48, passed away July 6, 2022, at her home with family by her side. She was born Nov. 6, 1973, in Lincoln, Maine, the daughter of James Salisbury and Victoria Gordon.

She graduated from Lawrence High School class of 1991. On July 24, 1993, she married Shawn A. Reid in Clinton. Karol-Jean was a devoted, wife mother and grandmother. She loved to be outside gardening and going to the coast with the family.

Karol-Jean is survived by her husband of 28 years, Shawn A. Reid of Skowhegan; two sons, Jordan Reid and wife Samantha of Norridgewock, Devin Reid of Skowhegan; grandson, Jayden Reid of Norridgewock; sister, Heather Pushor and husband Daniel of Casselberry, Fla.; brother, James Salisbury II and wife Amanda of Rome; mother, Victoria Gordon of Rome; father, James Salisbury I and wife Diane of LaGrange; grandmother, Lorain Langley of Bangor; mother-in-law, Sandy Reid of Benton; father-in-law, Alan Reid of Benton; sister-in-law, Crystal Thorne and husband Troy of Clinton; brother-in-law, Mike Reid of Wales; best friend, Denise Lang of Skowhegan; multiple nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and extended family.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
