Hospice Volunteers of Waterville Area, Hospice Volunteers of Somerset County and Hospice Volunteers of Kennebec Valley plan to offer a collaborative 25-hour volunteer training for those interested in non-medical comfort care for individuals and family members in hospice and for those interested in facilitating adult bereavement support groups.
According to a news release from the Waterville office, the training will be held both via Zoom and in person in September and October. Dates and times will be determined by a survey of interested participants’ availability.
