1) Define what “success” would look like if you are elected to serve your district.
I think success will reflect what I continue to hear from voters: continued full funding of education and revenue sharing to help all families and address property taxes. In addition, we need to increase the availability of affordable housing, improve access to effective mental health and substance use disorder services and protect reproductive rights.

2) Characterize your view on public access to governmental business.
Governmental business is the people’s business. In Maine, anyone can participate in public hearings at the Legislature. Residents can participate in city council or town meetings, school board meetings, etc. People who work or have to take care of their children or family members can more easily participate thanks to remote participation passed this past legislative session.
