During the second week of October, crews at Skowhegan and Madison Catholic cemeteries plan to start fall cleanup for the coming winter season.

Real and artificial flowers, as well as vases and baskets, will be gathered and removed.

Burial right holders are advised to remove any items that they may wish to keep before Saturday, Oct. 15.

Concrete urns may be left on the lots but should be emptied and turned over to avoid breakage.
