Dave LaFountain is the kind of leader we need right now in the state Senate. His policy positions are backed up by years of practical experience in public service. He wants to make things better for Mainers, especially the most vulnerable among us. His opponent has not published his policy positions anywhere, but his voting record speaks for itself.
Local politics has national implications. We need to fight back against those who want to institute unpopular, dangerous policies without benefit of majority support. And since so many of that group have, knowingly or not, signed onto a radical, white supremacist world view in which “different” is the enemy, the choice should be a no-brainer for decent people like David LaFountain, who simply want to make the government work better, for the people.
